How do I get started?  
To register, simply click on the Register button on the top right corner and enter your email & set your password. Otherwise, you can always browse the item first and register during the checkout process. Please refer to our Delivery Area & Schedule to check if your delivery area is under our coverage before proceed to purchase.
What if I forgot my password?  
Go to the Login page and click on Forgot Password. Please enter your email address in the field provided. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address shortly after.
How do I change my password?  
Login to your account, click on Change Password and enter your new password accordingly.
How do I change my address?  
To edit or update your existing details (i.e. address or mobile no.), simply sign in and click on Update Profile (at the top right-hand corner of the page). Just type in your new address and click Update. Please be noted that you can’t change your order address when your delivery order is confirmed. You will need to wait until the order has been delivered before changing it. If you really need to change the delivery address, please contact our Customer Service at +607 558 1651 or email us at [email protected] and we will gladly assist you.
I’m having difficulties accessing the website. What should I do?

How do I make an order?  
Go to Login page and login to your account. Click on the product that you wish to purchase and Add to Cart. Click on Shopping Cart symbol on your top right corner and check out, entering your delivery address and make payment to confirm the order.
How do I know if my order has been received & confirmed?  
You should receive an automatic email confirmation from us once your payment has been processed and a confirmation from eGHL to confirm a successful transaction. If you do not receive any type of confirmation via email and are concerned if we have received your order please call us at +607 558 1651 or email us at [email protected] and we will confirm if we have received your order.
How can I pay for my order? What payment methods do you accept?  
Kindly pay your order via eGHL online payment service.

**Note: Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have confirmed receive your full payment.
Are you card processing methods secured?  
Card transactions are processed by eGHL secure servers. We do not capture card details on our own site and we do not retain your card details in any format.
How do I receive a tax invoice?  
Your tax invoice is normally dispatched with your goods. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a tax invoice with your goods, please contact us and we will immediately provide a replacement.
Can I collect my order?  
Currently, we do not support self-collection. All orders will be delivered by our in house delivery team.
Can I make changes or cancel an existing order that have been made?  
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status. Please send us an email at [email protected] with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order. Orders that are in shipping or shipped cannot be canceled.

** If for any reason we are unable to supply the goods any monies paid will be refunded to you.
 

Shipping and Delivery

 
Method Of Delivery  
Orders will be delivered in two ways: (1) Delivery by Truck, or (2) Delivery by Courier Services.
  1. “Delivery by Truck” service is mainly for delivering large items, such as dining sets and sofas.
    Areas covered including Central & Southern Peninsular Malaysia, plus Singapore.
  2. “Delivery by Courier Services” service is mainly for deliver small items, such as small pillows
    and decorate items. Areas covered including whole Peninsular Malaysia.
Delivery Lead Time  
Confirmation order will be processed the next working day after we receive your paid order.
Estimated delivery lead time will be as follow:
  1. Delivery by Truck for SG areas – 5-10 working days for Ready-Stock items. 2-3 weeks for Made-to-Order items.
  2. Delivery by Truck for Central & Southern Peninsular Malaysia areas – 5-10 working days for Ready-Stock items. 2-3 weeks for Made-to-Order items.
  3. Delivery by Courier Services for whole Peninsular Malaysia areas – 3-14 working days.
The estimated delivery days are in working days, between 9.00am-6pm. Item will be delivered to your door-step by our delivery team.

** In some remote/regional areas our delivery may take longer delivery times.

    5-10 working days for Ready-Stock items. 2-3 week for Made-to-Order items.

  2. Delivery by Truck For Central & Southern Peninsular Malaysia Areas

General Delivery Policy  
  • Delivery times quoted by Teck Seng Furniture are approximate only and we are not responsible for any delays that may cause by changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We agree to deliver goods to you on the understanding reasonable access is available. If reasonable access is unavailable or no one at home at the agreed delivery time you will be charged for any subsequent delivery.
  • It is your responsibility to check measurements to ensure your goods will fit in intended areas. We are not responsible for goods that have not been measured and subsequently do not fit were intended.
  • On delivery, inspect your goods carefully. Any damage detected should be immediately reported to the delivery team and us and noted on the delivery copy. Once you have inspected your goods and have signed their acceptance on the delivery copy (noting any defect/damage if any), you agree that the delivery copy is then evidence of the condition of the good as at the time of delivery.
  • Please organise adequate protection for your floors and internal surfaces prior to delivery as we are not responsible for damage to your floors or internal surfaces caused in any way by the delivery of your goods.
 

Return & Refund

 
Refund & Return Policy  
Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. And all goods sold are final sale, except if there’s manufacturing defects.

Customers are responsible for checking the goods upon receiving. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchange should the goods becomes not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by customer.

** Please choose carefully however as we do not refund simply for change of mind circumstances.
What should I do if the goods received are not as per my order or not in good condition?  
Should you receive the wrong item, or discover that goods are damaged at time of delivery, you may either: (1) return to our delivery team immediately, or (2) contact us at +607 558 1651 to arrange for next delivery trip. We will replace that goods as soon as we can or full refund amount paid less the carriage costs incurred.

Can I cancel my order after I made payment?  
Yes. We can cancel your order as long as the order haven’t been processed. Thus, please send us an email immediately after your payment at [email protected] with the message title “Request to cancel order & Refund” in order to inform us about the cancellation order. We will do the full refund to you within 14 days if the order haven’t been processed after we confirmed receive your payment.
